Yoyo is a beautiful flame point rag doll cat. His new owner will require a great deal of patience as Yoyo is a very shy cat and his adjustment to a new home will take some time. He spent much of the first two months in his foster home hiding in the bathroom. Even now, he will comfortably sit on his cat tree or the bed, but any movement will cause him to move and be prepared to hide.
But he is always happy to sit on your lap for pets and scritches. He especially loves scritches around the jaw, forehead and above his nose. He is fine to be picked up but doesn’t like to be carried for long periods of time.
He isn’t particularly interested in food but likes occasional treats. He’s a bit skinny so providing him with good quality yummy food is important. He loves his cat grass and cat nip. He can be quite chatty and a bit of a howler at times but he is a lovely boy.
Because he is so timid, he would be best in a one or two person household without children or other pets. (CCAR ID: L22-235)
