Tasha (Tashi) is the kind of girl who needs to earn your trust. She’s a slow burn, but worth the wait.
Tashi needs a calm environment with a human who can read her cues. Loud noises and quick movements can make her a little skittish, so she’ll do best with someone patient who moves slowly and gently in her space. An adult home would be best for her.
Once she feels safe in her new home and with her person, she really starts to come out of her shell. When Tashi warms up to you, she has so much love to give and just wants head scratches and to be close to her favorite human. She’s the kind of cat who matches your energy—when I’m up, she’s up, and when I’m relaxing, she’s right there with me.
Tashi is not a cat that likes to be picked up or carried around, but she is more than happy to flop down on your lap or curl up next to you for a cuddle and all the pets.
She has a playful side too and loves chasing a ball through the house or even chasing her own tail 🙃 At night she’s quiet, and in the mornings you’ll usually find her basking in a sunny windowsill.
