Say hello to Sebastian. He loves to roll on his back and play with imaginery toys (he could have real toys but seems to like to pretend). He is a little hand shy so suspect he has been whacked a few times. I want to either adopt him to someone who is happy to give him his confidence or place him in a foster home where he will get some one on one attention. He is going to be neutered in a few days but right after that, he can move on.
