Hi, I’m Mowgli and I’m looking for a furever home. My fosters say I’m very intelligent and they love how I look at them, trying to decipher their words. They also say my fur is soft like velvet. I love to play with my siblings, often with reckless abandon. I am very comfortable with other cats, but I’ve never seen a dog.
