Hello, my name is Mandy. I am an adventurous Calico who will be the master of your domain. Within a few days of entering my new home, I’ll be staking out my vantage points on your windowsills, keyboards and in your arms. When I’m not observing my surroundings, I spend many waking hours chasing high speed objects and demonstrating my expert acrobatics for catching things in mid-air. I am usually very quiet but I’ll tell you what’s on my mind by dropping at your feet demanding pets and cuddles or poking you while you’re seated to make some space for me on your lap. The rest of my time is usually spent sleeping in (very) weird positions (the inverse flop is my signature move) and in very strange places (like between a TV and a wall), zooming around the hallways, or just following you from room to room.
I am an inquisitive, quiet, confident cat that could thrive alone. I also get along well with other cats, but I like my space sometimes, so I might be better suited to an older cat that doesn’t like to play too rough or too often. (CCAR ID: C26-079)
