Hi, We are Lucy and Sally, sisters that need to be adopted together. We are both visually impaired but can partially see. We aren’t going to let our ‘handicap’ get in the way of us having fun, finding food, and definitely not affect our litter box habits. We’ve been living with this vision problem for a while and have adapted our lifestyle so it’s not an issue for us.
Both of us startle easily initially but that’s to be expected considering that one of our senses is damaged. Once we settle into a home our confidence will greatly improve. We’ve now decided that our foster family is safe so we’re enjoying lounging on the chair beside ‘Mom’.
We want to lead normal lives with someone who appreciates us for who we are and will nurture us through the remainder of our lives. A quiet home without young children or other pets is our ideal. Please have patience with us and don’t expect a lot of cuddles in the beginning; we will reward you with our antics. According to Shakespeare ‘love is blind’. (CCAR ID: C20-183, C20-184)
