Jellicle is an endearing kitten who loves to play and explore. She’s a chatty little girl with an enthusiastic purr and she adores attention — she was purring for pets as a tiny newborn, even before her eyes were open! She still loves to tell you all about her day while purring up a storm.
Jellicle was named because she is “black and white and rather small” like Jellicle cats in the T.S. Elliot poem. At birth, she was the tiniest baby among her sisters. But she’s caught up so well that now she is the biggest! She has always made it her mission to keep up with her sisters, and now she’s the ringleader. She is brimming with cheerful energy and bounces around the house like a confident little bunny rabbit.
Jelly is a brave little explorer who is great at climbing and loves playing with ping pong balls. She was born in a busy foster household with kids and other cats, so she’s totally easygoing about noise and activity and will be a fantastic family pet.
Jelly would be happiest with a playmate to grow up alongside and would love to be adopted with at least one of her sisters (Junimo, Jazzy, and/or Joja). These are very young kittens, so while they are cute and sweet they are also full of beans! When deciding to apply, please consider your capacity for “baby proofing” and patience with their antics as they learn how to navigate the world. (CCAR ID: L26-299)
