Hi! I’m Cricket and I’m an independent, handsome King of a Cat. I like to play and I need lots of toys to keep me busy, especially little mouses and balls. I’ve learned that sometimes my fosters will throw toys or roll balls fast for me, but I also like to play by myself. Sometimes I share with my brother and sister, but I like to play by myself too. I like to explore and find things like paper napkins – they’re really fun to shred. I’ve learned that exploring can get my paws in trouble, but really, I’m so cute my fosters can’t stay mad too long. Do you have a TV? I like it when the TV is on and I can watch all the people running chasing balls and the other day I saw a big kitty called a Tiger and I growled – I’m not afraid of a TV kitty!
When I get tired and sleepy I like to be near my fosters. I sometimes want to cuddle real close and other times just want to snuggle against them, but I like to be close… sometimes I purr.
I’m looking for a smart human that can teach me stuff and enjoys my curiousness. A “people” that will play with me and keep me interested, but one that recognizes the importance of naptime with gentle pats and strokes. (CCAR ID: C20-172)
