Upon arrival Chaz was classified as semi-feral but after many weeks and lots of patience, she is slowly starting to trust people and has made incredible progress. She is beginning to allow people to pet her and is less fearful sitting beside or near people on the couch. She prefers to come to you on her own terms and will run away if you actively approach her, although she is doing this often as time goes on.
Chaz is very sweet and has never been aggressive, but will need someone with the patience to help her continue to become less afraid. She loves to play and snuggle with other cats and is more trusting of people if another cat is near by, and would definitely thrive in an environment with other cats. She would do best in a quiet home, preferably with no dogs or small children.
