Charlie is a very shy boy, who has made great progress while in foster care. Ideally, he would love to be adopted alongside his brother, Jedi, as he really encourages him to come out of his shell. He has a calm demeanor that would be perfect in a quieter household, although with time and patience could do well in any household. His voracious appetite is only unmatched by his love of naps.
