The name’s Cass (short for Casanova – I’m a lover). People tell me I’m a big gorgeous boy and, quite frankly, who am I to argue? I’m working on getting bigger (my people say I’m going to be a BIG cat) but I can’t get much more handsome than this. I love being picked up and cuddled by anyone I meet. Sometimes I get in the mood to talk. I also enjoy playing (and playfighting) with my “sisters” but since they are smaller than me, I’m gentle with them. I’m also a pretty good jumper so I try to hurdle over gates and get up on counters and tables. Apparently, that’s against the rules in this house (at least I think that’s what “No! Get Down!” means). You can usually distract me with a toy or ping pong ball; that will keep me busy for a while and it’s tons of fun. It’s also hard work so I need to find a comfy place to crash for a few minutes but who’s keeping track of time? The important thing is that my people are not far away.
Cass loves people but he’s never met a dog or little children. He’s fine with other cats. He’s already fairly big and may grow to be quite a large cat but he’s very gentle and laid back. (CCAR ID: M20-227)
