Zakura, occasionally known as Zucchini, is a very sweet boy who just wants to be with his humans. He is great with kids, and visits kindergarten five days a week and is always on his best behaviour there. He is quite happy to sleep in bed all night with you. Zakura spends time with his foster home’s two cats and senior toy poodle. He is very good at home with the cats and dog, but when out for a walk he is quite timid of other dogs. He isn’t aggressive; he just doesn’t want to be social with other dogs. Zakura definitely needs some work on walking on a leash and table manners, but he is very smart. His foster home thinks he will be a fast learner. From time to time he gets frisky and likes to run around the house with his foster parent’s five year old daughter. Zakura just wants to be loved and is hoping to find his forever home!
