This girl just wants to be loved, and loved, and loved! She craves attention and will follow you everywhere in order to get some. A pat on the head, a kind word, she just savours them! She will be an extremely loyal dog when she finds her person, and will not leave your side. I know that once she is getting the attention she 
so craves, she will chill, and become more confident. Sandy is an energetic dog, super smart, and desperately wants to learn to please you. She is alright with other dogs, but may be a bit pushy at first, so a slow introduction would be recommended. She most likely won’t be very good around cats, as she would see them as competition for your attention, but a confident cat may be accepted with some proper introduction.
She would be a great hiking and running dog but she does need training, not house training, she gets that completely, but she does need to learn her manners, she pulls some on the lead to start with, but settles down once she has had some energy burnt off.
Sandy would be the most loyal, loving companion you could hope for, but you would need to teach her how to become that companion. And she will learn, because she really wants to.
