This little guy has come such a long way in a couple of months. He was really scared when he arrived and very hand shy. We have had two volunteers who have spent time with him and have done a great job. He has a lot more confidence, now has some idea of how to walk on a leash (no clue previously) and is a lot more comfortable with people he doesn’t know. He is fine with other dogs, seems to be okay with cats but will need to be tested more, and loves as much attention as you can give him. He is house trained, no accidents for several weeks and is just coming along marvelously.
It would probably be best for him to be in a home with no young children only because he still is a little shy, but I am confident he wouldn’t hurt them.
He does need to get some basic training but is a quick study and will pick up what you want very quickly because he only wants to please.
