Sophia is the sweetest little girl who may need a little time to show you just how special she is. She was extremely, extremely shy when she first came into foster care, but once she warms up and feels safe with you, she becomes an absolute Stage 5 Clinger!
Once Sophia is comfortable, she LOVES being close to her person. She’ll happily sleep on you, beside you, or anywhere around you and is always looking for that cozy spot near her human. She also loves belly rubs and is just an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl.
Sophia was shaved into her adorable little lion cut because she had some matting that needed to be taken care of. Her beautiful coat will grow back with time!
Sophia and Carlotta came from the same home, but they are not bonded and can be adopted separately. Sophia would do best with a patient person who will give her the time she needs to feel safe. Once she trusts you, you’ll discover the sweetest, most loving little shadow who just wants to be by your side.
