Ralph is a diabetic cat who is fairly stable most of the time but does occasionally need some extra monitoring of his blood sugar levels. He is a friendly guy who welcomes attention and who will tolerate other cats. Would love to see this guy in either an adoptive home or a long term foster where he can live out his days pampered and spoiled!.
