Oakley is a pleasant, smart, attentive cat who will gladly entertain himself or crawl into your lap and fall asleep. He is a curious explorer having
discovered his new digs with us and is not shy about looking at every nook and cranny whether high or low but also loves curling in his basket and
going to sleep when he is tired.
He is gentle, adores to be pet under his chin, is okay with being picked up and enjoys his toys, tunnel and scratching post. Gets along super well with the children (they are 9) and I suspect he would get along fine with a dog in the house. He has had a few interactions with our dog, they are still getting to know each other, but there is curiosity and playfulness between the two.
Oakley would be great with another cat (he gives his foster brother a gentle warning when he is too much in his space, but there has been no aggression, just brotherly love). He would also do well on his own where someone can appreciate his intelligence or enjoy staring into his beautiful blue eyes.
