Mika is a really sweet, smart, and loving cat that came to Cat’s cradle as an owner surrender and she appears to have been well looked after in every way. She is a long hair cat but has been shaved with a lion cut for summer so she currently looks ‘unique’!
Mika likes to be near people and is affectionate but is not a lap cat, though she will cuddle close. As she gets more comfy with her person she will sometimes ‘groom’ you, licking your hand as you pet her. She has a sweet soft voice, sometimes a chirp sound which of course announces dinner time!
Mika is really good about her domestic responsibilities such as litter box etiquette and table/counter etiquette. She likes to play with balls and her toy mice, though she tends to be more playful alone than when toys are thrown her way. She did not warm up to a wand toy but perhaps with time she might!
She is friendly with new people and apparently has had good interactions with dogs but not spent time with other cats.
