Meet Marigold, an easy-going, sweet lady! Marigold is a beautiful adult tabby with the prettiest green eyes. For those seeking a mild-mannered, well behaved adult, look no further!
While nothing is guaranteed, Marigold has shown no tendencies towards couch scratching, human food stealing or poor litter box habits. While not yet a lap cat, she is definitely a “proximity cat” – meaning she likes to be in the same room as you, supervise your tasks and sit on the armrest next to you. Her foster mom works from home and Marigold has proven to be an excellent co-worker. She never steps on the keyboard or goes after the mouse. Instead she prefers to lounge on the desktop cat bed and flirt so she gets pets.
This cat lives for scritches. She welcomes pets everywhere, with zero “no touch zones”. She even stretches out to receive forearm massages. Give her a heating pad to lay on and some birds to watch and she’ll be happy for hours.
Marigold isn’t overly rambunctious but she enjoys short play sessions. She does well with a busy family and is indifferent to calm dogs. However, Marigold does prefer to be the only cat.
