If you are looking for a cat who will be a loving companion and not just a master of the house, possibly with a touch of the exotic, Gru is the cat for you.
This boy is a wonder to behold and a delight to hold. He adjusts to new homes very quickly, and almost from the get-go will happily nap on your lap and curl up next to you at night, as well as enjoy any tummy rubs, cuddles and ear scratches that you can give. He is a little vocal, but roughly 90% of his mews translate to some variation of ‘I want a hug’.
Being an attention-lover (although not a total extrovert), his happiest home would probably be with a retired couple, or perhaps a family with kids. It is unknown how well he gets along with dogs and other cats, but with his generally friendly demeanour he should be okay with them, although the less competition he has for attention the happier he’ll be. He currently needs some dental work, but the cost of that will be covered by CCAR.
