Freddy is a really lovely cat that is very warm and friendly when he gets to know you. He really likes to sit on laps and loves to cuddle with big purrs as he does his ‘bread kneading’. He is a bit leery of new people until he gets to know them but then when he is attached to you, he is a big love bug who cuddles any chance he can get. He seems to really appreciate the wonderful care that a good home can give.
Freddy has a cute habit of showing his tongue and this often follows a good scratching on his chest and/or a good brushing. He is very quiet and well behaved.
Freddy loves to play. Freddy’s favourite playing pastime is ‘cat hockey’ which he is really good at. When the ‘puck’ (cat ball) is thrown to him he runs it up the ice (hallway) by batting it back and forth until he shoots a goal (ball gets near the goalie) and he often scores! His cat hockey stats show that he is possibly at the top of the cat league. He loves playing hockey and plays often, even sometimes retrieving his hockey ‘pucks’ from the cat toy box himself!
Freddy is really good about his domestic responsibilities such as litter box etiquette and table/counter etiquette. He will cuddle at night if allowed or is good at staying on his blanket at the end of the bed if you prefer.
Freddy has lovely striped fur and spots that have become much more gorgeous over the last few months as we have him on a diet for cats with food sensitivities.
