Franny came into foster care very pregnant and she has been a wonderful mama to her four babies.
Franny has recently been spayed, and she is now ready to find her happily-ever-after! Franny thinks the worst part of being spayed was that there couldn’t be any belly rubs for awhile! She is happy to be picked up, and the vet staff said that she was extremely well-behaved and cooperative on her spay day.
Franny loves to be petted, and she will often rub against your leg or head butt you to show you how much she loves it. With her favourite people she will flop onto her side or roll onto her back so that they can rub her ultra-soft belly. Franny LOVES treats and is so happy when it’s time for a churu treat or her very favourite – a bite of chicken. Franny is happy to hang out near her people on the sofa or bed, but she’s not a snuggler yet – unless you have a treat, and then she will happily sit on a lap. Her foster family thinks it’s very likely that, given time and lots of treats, Franny will discover she wants to get closer.
Franny’s happiest times of day are when her favourite people come home from work or school. She gallops to the door to greet them and get some love. Franny is a young cat, but she is very quiet and gentle. She isn’t destructive or demanding and she has a very calm and peaceful energy. She is just beginning to explore play now that her mom duties are done, and she enjoys some very slow fun with a wand toy. She has a favourite duck toy that she enjoys playing with on her own. It’s fun to watch Franny stand on her hind legs and juggle her duck in the air! Of course she will be packing her duck to take with her to her forever home.
Franny is not at all skittish and there isn’t anything she’s afraid of. Franny has glossy, silky-smooth, medium-length black and white fur and an absolutely magnificent floofy tail. She also has big gorgeous jade green eyes. She’s such a pretty girl and so sweet! If you think Franny might be the right fit for you, she would love to meet you!
