Hi, my name is Callie. I have two beautiful green eyes and a soft calico coat. I love sitting on your lap to be close to you but can be a little independent too and happy to find a cushion to curl up/nap on. You’ll hear me when I check out my environment (or if you show me something new) with a few, good strong sniffs (at times my sniffing makes me sneeze!).
I was shy at first about playing with toys but now I find chasing a string with a bit of rope wrapped on it (to look like a mouse) so much fun and will go around and around in circles to catch it. I’m a big fan of Cat TV and if you show me some mice or gerbils going in and out of holes, I’ll watch them for hours if you’ll let me.I’ve been around dogs and do get along with them but when it comes to cats, I probably prefer to be on my own.
