My name is Zoey and if you’ve got a free hand I have a face that needs scritches! I do love my attention – if I feel I’m being neglected in any way I will be sure to let you know. Sometimes I get so excited when you get home and pet me I simply just fall over! While I’m not a big chatter, I will holler if I need you. I’m a well rounded little gal with the need to investigate. Is the laundry room door open a crack – allow me squeeze through so I can see what you’re doing. Cabinet behind the tv need cleaning – I’ll be sure to vanquish any dust bunnies you may have missed. I eat when I’m hungry, I keep my litter box tidy and I snuggle up in the crook of your leg when I’m tired. I do have a tendency to pull my nails wherever I see fit – but that can easily be corrected with some time and patience and access to my own scratch jungle. I’ll let you in on a little secret – can’t find me? Check your bathroom sink or bathtub. I’m likely playing or napping in there.
Due to being an older “kitten” I will not do well in a large dog home. I would likely be okay to learn to have a smaller barking sibling if need be. I would really prefer anywhere from an only cat home to a mellow and/or younger feline sibling. I stand my ground when need be, but would prefer to prance around my domain uninterrupted by cranky older cats. Older children might suit me best as well should I have 2 legged siblings as I seem to thinking nipping is a sign of enjoyment when I get excited from your pets.
