Meet Percy, she is an adorable Russian Blue mix female. This little girl is extremely affectionate yet quite shy with new people. She may be quick to run and hide with new visitors, but also quick to come back out and meet them. She loves to get her back scratched and is also a talker when it comes to telling you she is hungry.
