Callie (Mom): Callie has endured a rough start in her first year and needs to find a home where trust can be built over time. Besides her foster mother, Callie has not had much interaction with people. Callie would love to be adopted with her mini-me (her son, Joey).
She has grown leaps and bounds since the day she went into her foster home. She loves to hold a conversation with you and enjoys laying next to you. Her ideal new owner will need to have patience and give Callie her space until she is ready to befriend you, but show her love in other ways, such as talking to her, sitting next to her and just letting her be. Callie has lots of love to offer and will be a great addition to your home. Since rescued, Callie has not been outside – it would be best for Callie to go to an indoors-only home.
