Cat’s Cradle Animal Rescue is a non-profit registered charity (CRA# 85627 5557 RR0001). It is funded solely by donations and our Fundraising efforts. Tax receipts are issued for all monetary donations.

Our veterinary bills are extremely high as we do not deny an animal any veterinary work it requires (i.e. life saving surgery, dental work, ongoing medical care for chronic conditions...). We rely on the advice of the veterinarians who work with us on what the animal needs to live a healthy life.

There are a number of different ways you can donate.

Donations of Money
 

Make a monetary donation in cash, by cheque, by money order, or by using your VISA or MasterCard.

Canadian Tire Money

We can use Canadian Tire Money to buy feed, litter and supplies at Canadian Tire. Please send any CTM donations by mail to:

Donations in Kind

Make a donation of food, supplies and other items that we need to help the animals, either directly or indirectly. These include: 

	Cat and dog food, both dried and canned, unopened.
	Clean towels, blankets, sleeping bags, cat/dog beds, heating pads, crates, pens, collars, leads, scratching posts and boards, toys.
	Office and computer supplies. (Contact Us for current needs).
	Items we can sell at garage sales, or use as raffle prizes.
	Items we can easily sell to make money (including recyclable containers that we can take to Bottle Depot! Contact Us to pickup when you have a garbage bag full).
	Large items in good condition (such as furniture) that we can photograph and advertise on UsedVictoria.com  The items would remain at your house until sold, and you would donate part or all of the proceeds to Cat's Cradle.
	Yarn/wool for making the catnip mice that we sell.

We can provide a tax receipt for major donations in kind, provided a "market value" can be established for the goods and/or services being donated.
