When Roscoe came to us, it likely was the first time he had lived in a home. Even stairs were a quandary. Not only is he gaining confidence each day to all new things but he’s learning so quickly!
Roscoe is young, barely a year so he has a lot of puppy energy, but he loves to snooze on your lap. He gets along great with all people and other dogs as well. Weighing approx 16lbs he’s small but strong. He has tons of personality and is very loveable! He will be a perfect dog for a family.
