Jiffy is happiest when he can just be close to you and have his nap. He is very sweet, loves walks (but not too long of one, nor in the rain), heels when off leash, and does a lovely little dance for a treat. Jiffy is fine with the cats and kittens, as well as the other dogs, but gets very jealous when he has to share attention. Particularly when the other dog is bigger than he is. Jiffy is excellent with children, and would do well in pretty much any environment as long as he gets his share of love.
