Jaci was a wonderful mom and now, even though her own litter has moved on and Jaci is spayed, she has taken on the mothering duties of some 12 week old semi feral kittens. She grooms them, plays with them, sleeps with them and the kittens sure do get a lot of comfort from her.
She is a little bossy with the other cats, especially if they get too close to “her” kittens! I would like to put her in a foster home as an only cat to see how she does as I think she will blossom when she is given lots of attention. Right now, she is very preoccupied with her nanny duties but does enjoy attention, sleeping on my bed and not being too far away from me (and her charges!)
