Gypsy is a beautiful cat with a great nature. She’s very petite with huge eyes, and her pure black coat is glossy and silky. She’s a lively and high-energy young lady, running all around the house and playing with whatever toy she can get her paws on. She likes to be held, and loves thorough ear and chin scratches from us; she prefers lying near us to lying on us.
I’ve been impressed by her happy-go-lucky personality – she doesn’t get grumpy or angry (no scratching or hissing, even when I’m trimming her claws), and she seems to roll with whatever situation she’s in. She has been forthright but respectful with our 14 year old cat and accepts the occasional discipline he hands out when she gets too much up in his face. I think she’d do well in a home with children and/or other pets.
Gypsy has been a fantastic mom to her three kittens and continues to take loving care of the one still with her. She chirps and talks to him and knows where he is all the time. I think she’ll continue to be a talker!
