They call me various things – like “the acrobat”, “the cuddler”, “the spunky guy”, “the little darling.” It’s true, I’m all of the above. I know that “Felix” is the name of a famous black cat from the old days of film. I’m a pale orange cat – sort of “blond” actually – but I’m glad they named me after a famous “actor”. My favorite thing is hugging. I love to put my front legs around your neck and snuggle with the side of your face. If you are on the phone, you’d better be careful because I’m a vigorous cuddler! My foster mom has to take off her glasses if she sees me coming for a hug because otherwise I might knock them off. When I hug, I am very passionate! I also like to climb up and perch on your shoulder – sort of like a parrot. Then, if you’ll let me, it’s nice to walk on your back. I really am quite an acrobat. I’m young, healthy, and active, so I love to interact in a snuggly and spunky manner. I do love meal time because I was quite hungry at the time I was rescued. They have good food in the foster home and I’m not picky – any good quality food and superb treats would be just fine. Although I’m very active, once I’ve had enough hugging I do like to settle down in a lap or even in a nearby chair for a nice snooze. I usually sleep quietly through the night. If you work all day, I will greet you when you get home and be waiting for a big hug! Update: Felix has been adopted. He adjusted immediately to his new family - sleeping with them and purring all the time!
