This is Chico, a happy, affectionate 4 year old Chihuahua. He is neutered, up to date on all shots and had his teeth cleaned earlier this year. He was given up by his elderly owner who felt he could no longer care for him. Chico has been in foster care for just a couple of days and is already bonding with the foster mom. He loves to sit on your knee or beside your knee and is fine, if a little intimidated, by other dogs. He is crate trained and will happily sleep in a crate at night. He will be a loyal companion to someone who is home a lot and does not have small children. To date, there has been no evidence of any issues except that he wants to be with you all the time. He loves his walks and could do with more of them to slim him down a little. All in all, a great little dog who needs a great caring home as soon as possible. Update: Chico has been adopted! |
