Boot's Story:

This is a courtesy post. Please contact the owner (address below).

Meow! Thanks for reading my story.  I think you're really gonna like me.

Right now I am living in a lovely garden under some bushes, which is fine for the summer time, but I hope I have a home to call my own by the time the weather becomes colder.

I showed up a few months back and was really skinny and hungry.  The people who own my garden feed me and cuddle me daily, but they already have indoor cats that I don't get along with.

Do you have any other cats?  I hope you don't, cause although I'm a very friendly lap cat who loves brushes and cheek rubs, I have a tendency to chase away other felines that come into my garden.

I have a beautiful black coat with a white chest and little white boots.  Hey, "Boots!" That might be a good name for me- I don't have a name right now but whatever you want to call me is fine.

I have a really deep meow and lots of long white whiskers.  My purr is cute too,  If you wanna hear it, all you have to do is pet me - I love being petted.

Did I mention that I seem to get along fine with Dogs? Does that make your decision about me easier?

Well, that's me!  I hope you consider adding me to your family,  I promise you won't regret it.

Update:

After neutering, Bootsie came to Linda's house for recovery.  He is so tame and gentle that he is going to stay here temporarily while waiting for a foster home or forever home.  He is very good with the litter box and is very quiet and congenial.

"I'm indoors now, and loving it!"

Please contact Christi & John for more information.
